Mechanical seal failure analysis and fault analysis

Mechanical seal leakage caused by corrosion 
     (!) Surface corrosion

5. Heat loss effect 
(1) thermal cracking

6. Wear failure

Sudden leak 
For the following reasons, pump seal leakage occurs suddenly.
